SUBSTRATE PREPARATION The substrate must be clean, load-bearing, rough and frost-free. All loose and sanding elements should be removed from its surface. The peel strength of rough substrate should be at least 1.5 MPa. Before applying the mortar, the substrate should be abundantly moistened with water to a slightly damp state. PRODUCT PREPARATION A 25-kg bag of mortar should be mixed with approx. 4.0 - 4.5 l of clean water until a lump-free mortar is obtained. First, pour the water, and then successively add weber.rep 755 and mix it intensively for approx. 2-3 minutes. After mixing, the ready-made mixture should be allowed to stand for at least 5 minutes to mature. Then the mortar should be mixed briefly. The desired consistency of the mixture is obtained by adding a small amount of water. For smaller amounts of the prepared mortar, a slow-speed (max. 400 rpm) drill with an attached mixer can be used for mixing. APPLICATION AND BINDING CONDITIONS Air and object temperature during processing: from + 5 ° C to + 30 ° C. The applied layer of PCC repair mortar should be protected against too quick drying, therefore, elevated temperatures and air drafts should be avoided. The maintenance should last at least 5 days, during which the applied coating should be protected against frost and should be covered or kept moist. APPLICATION GUIDELINES Apply the weber.rep 755 mortar to the previously moistened (mat-damp) substrate, using a trowel or a float, to a layer thickness of approx. 1.5 to a maximum of 5 mm. In order to avoid the appearance of blisters on the treated surface, first close all pores and small cavities with the use of weber.rep 755 mixed to the consistency of a putty using the scratch plastering method, and then apply the smoothing plaster to the required thickness using the "fresh on fresh" method.
