After placing an order, you will receive an email with a confirmation of the order placed and we will begin processing it without further delay. You will be informed about the status of your order on an ongoing basis.

Date of package delivery = date of dispatch + time of delivery

The date of dispatch depends on the availability of the products and the selected method of payment, while the time of delivery is determined by the delivery method chosen.

Availability of the products

A time limit is specified for every product, which describes when the given product can be dispatched by us – from 24 hours to several or even a dozen or so days (in the case of goods manufactured "to order"). We make every effort possible to ensure that the range of products presented on our website corresponds to our actual stock. However, there may be occasions where the actual time of delivery is longer – if such is the case, we will inform you immediately.

If you order a larger number of products, the time of dispatch of the entire order is adjusted to that of the product with the longest time of dispatch. Orders can be processed in stages – please contact us or specify an appropriate request in the comments section when placing the order.

Method of payment

Bank transfer – the time of order completion is determined by the recorded time of payment. Depending on the bank, it usually takes up to two working days. Foreign transfers usually take 2-3 working days.

Cash on delivery – the fastest method of payment, which enables immediate processing of the order.

Payment at the company's head office –cash and card payments are accepted.

Poczta Polska (postal service) usually delivers orders within declared 2 working days in the case of priority mail or 3-5 days in the case of standard mail.

Deliveries from our shops in Szczecin or Bydgoszcz by means of our partner transport companies are usually carried out on the same day or, at the customer's request, at another convenient time.
