Insulating boards HOCH XPS (eXtruded PolyStyrene foam) is an insulating material with a homogeneous and cellular structure. It is formed during the extrusion of polystyrene, at a strictly defined temperature and pressure, as a result of which we obtain a foam characterized by small, irregular, closely adjacent cells.
It guarantees high mechanical strength, resistance to water and unfavorable weather conditions, as well as excellent thermal insulation parameters. High compressive strength, easy installation, low weight and a variety of thicknesses make HOCH XPS insulation boards an excellent insulating material with versatile use in construction.
As a result of the research and development works, insulating boards were created HOCH XPS with increased antifungal and biocidal properties. They are characterized, among others, by above-average microbiological resistance, which is an ideal protection for building structures exposed to the development of bacteria and fungi as a result of moisture, defective structure, or the surrounding environment.
