Description
Profiled steel mesh designed for fixing bentonite tapes on concrete surfaces. The mesh is attached directly to the previously laid tape and all joints are overlapped. The use of the mounting mesh allows you to avoid problems related to the movement of the tape, as well as its breaks during concreting the structure.
The mounting mesh for bentonite tapes is made of a special embossed and galvanized steel sheet, formed U-shaped. Can be used both for mounting on horizontal and vertical elements. The net for the bentonite tape is a cheaper alternative to fixing with assembly glue.
Application

Ensuring the continuity of the waterproofing system by immobilizing the bentonite tape during concreting.
-
Ensures optimal adhesion of the tape on uneven surfaces
-
Intuitive and easy installation without the need for specialized tools p >
-
Ease of forming into any shape
Method of mounting the mesh to the bentonite belt
On the previously prepared bentonite tape is placed on the surface, maintaining appropriate distances from the edge (approx. 80 mm). Remove the protective paper and then attach the mesh, pressing it lightly. Connections of the installation should be overlapped with an additional margin of about 2 cm so as to maintain continuity. The net for fixing bentonite tapes should be fixed with nails or special concrete fasteners, every 30 cm and in places for overlap. Pay attention to the direct adhesion of the tape to the concrete, especially in places with irregular or unusual surfaces.
