Siplast Primer® Quick Primer SBS is a high-quality primer produced using SBS modified asphalt with low viscosity, excellent performance, high penetration of the substrate and short drying time (less than 2.5 hours).
Application : Siplast Primer® Quick Primer SBS is used outdoors for:
• priming concrete under roofing felt and bituminous masses on vertical and horizontal insulations,
• priming old roofing under / on each type of asphalt roofing felt,
• priming of concrete slabs of bridges under bridge roofing,
• priming of concrete in the performance of anti-damp and water-resistant insulation of construction benches, walls and foundations, balconies, loggias and terraces, < / p>
• insulation of concrete rings for wells, sewerage chambers, manure plates, slurry tanks (outside),
• priming of renovated and new steel and galvanized sheets for heat-welded roofing felt (gutter strips) , description roofing),
• protection of steel fencing elements - meshes, posts,
• protection of metal surfaces, e.g. elements of handrails, energy-intensive barriers, steel structures,
• impregnation of the wooden surface,
• garden architecture - arbors, sheds, fencing elements, palisades - wood in the ground (after several applications).
Application: Before use, the contents packaging should be mixed thoroughly. The solution should be applied to a clean surface (free from loose elements, ice, water, etc.) with a roofing brush, brush, roller. The product can be applied by dynamic spraying using specialized equipment. There are no contraindications for using polystyrene on a dried coating after the solvent has completely evaporated (approx. 48 hours). The solution should not be used on wet or tarred substrates. The maximum concrete moisture content should not exceed 9% (the so-called air-dry state). Modification of asphalt with SBS rubber significantly increases resistance to aging and weather conditions, also when applying at low temperatures. Efficiency: from 0.1 (steel) to 0.25 (concrete) l / m2 for one layer, depending on the condition and type of substrate and application temperature.
