Properties
IZOPLAST SEPARBETON is a low viscosity oily liquid consisting of a mixture of mineral oils, vegetable oils and modifying additives. The product does not contain ingredients classified as dangerous and is not classified as a dangerous preparation.
Application:
IZOPLAST SEPARBETON is intended for the lubrication of production molds (steel , wood and plastic) in the factories of building elements made of aggregate and aerated concrete, as well as sandwich elements with polystyrene to prevent concrete sticking.
Usage:
The product can be applied to the mold surfaces with a spray gun, brush, by dipping or with a cloth. Stir well before use.
The coated formwork surfaces must be clean and dry. Remove rust and remnants of old concrete. The preparation is ready to use and must not be diluted. Spray with a thin but covering layer using a high pressure (4-6 bar) spraying device. Concreting can be done after 30 - 60 minutes from the application of the preparation.
Temperature of execution: from 0 ° C to +80 ° C.
Consumption: approx. 1 kg for 35-60 m2? of the formwork surface depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
