Description
Reinforcing mortar after mixing with water, forming a homogeneous gray adhesive. After hardening, water and frost-resistant, vapor-permeable, with high adhesion and flexibility. It is intended for making a layer reinforced with glass fabric in thermal insulation systems for mineral substrates outside and inside rooms.
Application
Insulating boards glued with this mortar require additional fixing with expansion bolts. The substrates for fixing the insulation boards can be, among others: ordinary concrete, walls made of ceramic, silicate, concrete, lightweight aggregate and cellular concrete - with raw surfaces, plastered or with painted or textured coatings.
- Composition: Portland cement, polymer binder, mineral fillers, organic additives
- Dry mix bulk density: 1.5 kg / dm3
- Adhesion to concrete in air-dry condition: * 0.3 MPa
- Adhesion to polystyrene: * 0.1 MPa
- Temperature resistance of the hardened mortar: from -30 ° C to + 70 ° C degC
